Day 53 of 365: (A late entry for February.22.2014)

Are you lonely?
If someone ask you that question what would you say...

If by definition of loneliness is waking up in the morning and the first thing you check is if there are some things in your  past that really happened, then yes.
If loneliness is heading to work at 7 am and checking your phone thinking there is a text that you've been waiting for, but you get nothing, then yes.
If loneliness is going through each day and building yourself up from yesterday sorrows, then yes.
If loneliness is going home on a Friday night and staying in while others have plans with others, then yes.
If loneliness is hearing you say goodnight, see you tomorrow, then yes.
If loneliness is a weekend with friends out on a cold evening  and meeting  people and always looking forward, expecting that may be she/he may be the one for you, then yes.
If loneliness is a date then it's forgetting a number, then yes.
If loneliness is heading to bed with no one to put your arms around to, then yes.
If loneliness is forgetting the feeling of kissing one's lips and feeling their warm soul, then yes.
I don't want to stay up all night with you, but I want to wake up next to you for the next year and the year after that until it's my last then that's loneliness knowing that will never happen.
If loneliness is feeling the same way as that one that left you on a cold November night inside your car wondering what you've done wrong the whole time, then yes.
If loneliness is crying while listening to your favorite song then yes.
If loneliness is sharing a memory with someone knowing that you won't be able to see places, hear a song, or watch a film without telling your friends something about her/him then yes.
Remembering it the year after that and the next, then that's loneliness.
Loneliness is not you forgetting I don't exist anymore, but it's missing me at the times when your silent with a glass of vodka mix with your favorite chaser in a room full of strangers in a party, then that's loneliness.
Doesn't it kill you knowing that the time that you could have done more will never occur anymore.
Doesn't it hurt that you could have said something other than "I can't anymore, I'm tired... I'm really not."
Doesn't it haunt you wishing you could have fight for one more day...and told yourself maybe I'm that one.
The possibility that we are so close yet so far to ever cross each other's paths, never again and never before.
But, after that knowing that we have no idea when is the next.
Star crossed lovers turned shooting stars that it fell to the ground and exploded and we are left with ashes, that's loneliness.
The moment you want to talk to somebody about me, but you come across tongue-tied as if there is nothing left to say...  bottled it all and get drowned by memories, but chose to bury me every single day...that's loneliness.
Despite of it all, there is always beauty in loneliness.
The solemnity, the solitude of being alone, the silence knowing that in every battle that was fought there is no victor or sufferer...only survivors.
Survivors of a period in history where we both fought, but lost.
But there is beauty in losing, because in losing I have proven I am still a soldier of what I called "love."
A soldier that will do everything for the freedom of not one's self to be happy, but in return learned to set you free because that is happiness.
And if happiness is the equivalent of my loneliness then I hope one day you'll look back and thank me that I wish you more than one happy memory, but twice more to your way.
So if someone ask me if I'm lonely, I'll stare at their eyes and wonder if they are too...
Because that is loneliness... and that's what makes it beautiful.

Day 52 of 365: (A late entry for February.21.2014)

Chanelling my inner snowboader and thug.

I'm way too much into crewnecks since 2012.

Day 51 of 365: (A late entry for February.20.2014)

My wcw seriously.
She is gorgeous.

Treated myself for snowboarding season.
Huf socks and The hundreds tuc

I was also growing my hair back and realize the style have to also change during that time.
So, there it is.

Day 50 of 365: (A late entry for February.19.2014)

I must say I really love this year's winter... it hasn't come yet.
Cross fingers it doesn't come until the 2nd week of December, but knowing I live near the north pole I'm not expecting much.
But, this is just wishful thinking by the way.
I know that snowboarding season is upon us...

Day 49 of 365: (A late entry for February.18.2014)

So cute, I can't even fathom.
I really love dogs.
I wish one day that if ever I started living by myself I can adopt a dog.
One of the goals to be honest.
:)

Day 48 of 365: (A late entry for February.17.2014)

It's the last week of being 24 and I can definitely say I've been satisfied with this year in my life.
If I have to looked back on some misses I'll definitely say there was only about a few times that have brought me down to my knees during this year.
This year was so much more than self discovery.
This year has been great towards me.
I've accomplished quite a few things I've always wanted to do.
This year's adventures had been very exciting and I got inspired to continue my journey and face it bravely.
I may have been weak during the past few years, but this had helped shaped who I am today and who I'm going to be bringing with me next year.
In the process of life there are people who will be added or subtracted in our life every year.
Some of the endings may have been good while the others aren't, but life must go on.
Thank the people who are still part of your life and continue to be part of your journey and don't forget to thank the ones who walked away as well... they have also shaped you who you are today.

Unfortunately we can't keep the connection to a every single we person we meet in this life time.
Sometimes we burn bridges and other times they burn their bridge for whatever reason to us.
I don't get mad anymore when someone unfriends me, rejects my company, ignores me or abandons me.
No, honestly I don't anymore.
I didn't give up first when it comes to that and even though I wish I would have said some things in the past that was left unsaid I must continue walking with my head high and let go of yesterday's regrets.
Sometimes, I wonder if things really happen for a reason but no one will tell you and confirm that.
You are the only one who will find that out yourself... in due time.
I wish I can find out the answers to things in life, but knowing all the answers in life is no fun at all.
For now, laugh at the mysteries and soak everything that life has to offer.

Oh, before I let this entry finish I just want to say one week left until I turn 25. WOW.
I'm getting old.

17.11.15

Day 47 of 365: (A late entry for February.16.2014)

Jane's pasalubong for me back when she went to the Philippines.
Hopefully one day I'll be able to go back home and go to Palawan too.

Raymon's nephew has longer mane than me... and it's not dead...
I'm jealous. LOL.

Day 46 of 365: (A late entry for February.15.2014)

Boo.
We haven't blog recently due to the fact that it's now November of 2015 and it's going to be a very fun month for me... well it already started and every single day is amazing as it can be.
I've got a few tricks up my sleeve and slowly it will be unfolded.

Throwback to the following pictures I'm going to post.
I decided to get rid of a few past uploaded photos on ig and this was in 2011 my first time going to scream fest with Jane and Hannah

Happy birthday present back in 2011.
I just turned 21 and btw I still have this installed in my car.

Further more... moving on to my next post.

20.10.15

Day 45 of 365: (A late entry for February.14.2014)

Today on my entry the date is February.14.2014.
I decided to buy myself my own Valentines' gift because I mean why not... right?!
So look at this.
Doc said bleed red.
So I decided to buy myself the so called Ronald McDonald's shoes.
Why Red?
Because it's Valentines'
So even though I'm single...I don't think there's anything wrong with treating yourself.
As I recalled, time and time again...I heard from somebody that "You must love yourself first."
Well, there you go.

THE ONLY THING WE NEVER GET ENOUGH OF IS LOVE, AND THE ONLY THING WE NEVER GIVE ENOUGH OF IS LOVE.- Henry Valentine Miller

I guess this quote that I saved from Valentines' last year must have hit me a lot for me to saved it.
First, I now believe that Love and not only love should be give and take.
If you are not getting a 100% of it then why the hell are you in it.
Second, it is never wrong to give all the love that you can for a person or for people; it just shows that you are a loving person and you shouldn't stop being regardless of one will tell you.
Give and get love to everybody, it doesn't matter if it's returned or not.
Third,
Love brings peace.
Love is universal.
Love is unconditional.
Love is beautiful.
Love is God.
Love is family.
Love is friendship.
Love is connection.
Love is You.

So, if you ask me...
Kim, what happened to you?
I'll tell them...
I'm still here...
Trying.
Because without it... I'm dead.

Day 44 of 365: (A late entry for February.13.2014)

How I feel:
Sometimes 1/2 Salmon.
Sometimes 1/2 Tuna.
And from the famous words of James Franco: "We are same-same, but different."

Maki-maki makes such good Japanese food though.
<3

Even though there are things in life that reminds me of the past such as eating Japanese cuisine...I didn't let it stop me from enjoying it alone.
Being alone teaches you a lot of things, such as enjoying your own company to be honest.

Day 43 of 365: (A late entry for February.12.2014)

You ever thought about just getting everything done just to get distracted.
So, I busy myself with a lot of things to do, to watch, to read and even make a point that I will continue my entries now that I'm in a state where I'm not as I was before.
I decided to keep doing a lot of things instead.
LOL.
From watching my T.V. shows, to trying to finish reading a book, to editing pictures I took, to finishing these entries but I'm still behind.
I knew I should have not wasted the time last year by sulking in my room over some things in life that are gone already.
But, better late than never so here I am trying my best to keep doing what I should be doing I think.

Moving still...

Day 42 of 365: (A late entry for February.11.2014)

This shall be a waste of entry as there was nothing significant during this day.

DULL.

Day 41 of 365: (A late entry for February.10.2014)

I have just finished binge watching season 2-3 of The walking dead in a span of 5-6 days in order to remember what had happened.
Season 6 had just started and the fact that I don't have AMC is what's sad.
I'm currently watching... borrowing my sister's boyfriend's netflix account to binge watch.
I just realized how much I love the characters of Carol, Daryl, and Michionne that I consider them my idols when it comes to life.
So much lessons in life even though it's just one big zombie apocalypse.
I have nothing to write an entry about so I'm going to stop here.

My day off had been pretty much relaxed except for the fact that I just lost
$50 for a ticket that I committed.
I know it was dumb, but I had to pay the price.
Gas was cheap and I maanged to full the beast with $41.
Ate by myself at Teriyaki Corner because everybody has work and like what everybody says: "You have to enjoy your own company."
So thee you go.
I did.
Lastly, my beast is now on winter mode...
I am still open into taking the train during the winter season but we shall find out...

Out.

19.10.15

Day 40 of 365: (A late entry for February.9.2014)

Girls and tattoos.
Say what?!

Day 39 of 365: (A late entry for February.8.2014)

Taken from my IG post:
"About time to sat goodbye to another month and as promise I told myself I will smile more.
So here is a smiling photo to end the month of February.
To be honest this is not a month I'm excited about, but definitely I learned one important thing: acceptance.
Acceptance...Why?
One of the hardest things in life is to accept a lot of things especially things we may be bitter, upset or difficult to get over with.
It takes a lot of courage to understand that you may not have what others have but you can find it in different places, people, and your own self.
Once you find it, it will make you whole again.
We sometimes overlook those things and take it for granted just because we don't have what others do...But really if we look closer it's there all along.
Sometimes we may feel like we made a wrong turn or reach a dead end but it's not.
We shouldn't be hard on ourselves too much.
Forgive ourselves and keep going.
So goodbye love month or February.
You taught me something valuable I'll carry from now on.

My outfit for Kyla's daughter first birthday and Kuya Paolo's birthday.

With Anele.

With Kyla's daughter.

Kuya Paolo's birthday.

Selfie with Nika.

A memorable video I found on my phone while singing to So sick by Neyo.
Too much on them feels.

Day 38 of 365: (A late entry for February.7.2014)

I've been wanting the Doc Martens for awhile during the year of 2014.
I decided to give myself a valentine's day present by buying one.

Also bought my present for Kyla's daughter for her birthday.
Here are the photos.
It's so cute.

Whops. gone a bit softy... hehe.

Day 37 of 365: (A late entry for February.6.2014)

We are almost done the year of 2015 and I can pretty much say that about 85% of the things I've planned out for myself this year happened.
There wasn't a lot of conflicts, distractions and stresses.
I think I'm getting the hang of growing up.
I do get the occasional  nightmares of people from my past, but I'm trying to be strong and hold myself together.
I hate getting haunted by ghosts.
I meant of people that had left or I left already.
There is really no other way to put this.

sighs.
Goodbye old chapters.
Thanks for all the lessons.

Day 36 of 365: (A late entry for February.5.2014)

Been busy during the last week catching up ever since The Walking Dead started.
I finished season 1-2 within 5-6 days.
I'm on season three right now.
I've also been busy with work since it had become pretty stressful.
To make this week worth it I've been to my first 780 season closer.
What a turn out I will definitely try my best to get into it and I've got a lot of pictures I should be uploading but I haven't because I'm lazy...
I'll work on it.

Short and sweet... let me get back to watching the walking dead...

8.10.15

Day 35 of 365: (A late entry for February.4.2014)

One of the things I want to do are the following:
1. Read more books
2. Listen to more music and different kinds of genres.
3. Practice taking pictures.
4. Be able to post and read quotes as much as possible.
5. Finish my debt

Right now, the mind is constantly working.
It has been fueled by my drive to be motivated and inspired not because I have another inspiration but because I'm doing it for myself.

I think now is the perfect time to concentrate myself since I'm not distracted with anything on my mind.

Anything else will be added on my following entries...

Day 34 of 365: (A late entry for February.3.2014)

Come to think of it, I haven't really thought about the stagnant few days during this month.
I may have been busy working and just trying to recover and recuperate all that happened during the last two months.
Yes, I may have been a little bit depressive but none the least I was looking forward in starting a new chapter of my life.
I was looking forward to a new beginning.
We sold our house and in just a few months later I will be moving to a brand new place.
I lost my dog and I have no idea how you can get your heart broken three times within the last 3 months...
The person that I was yesterday was long gone and a new emerge from the good, bad and especially painful experiences I have had.
Sometimes turned me into a cold, heartless and mean individual.
Sometimes left me sensitive and hating the world.
Other times had me thinking how others are blessed but I'm not.
It took me about 7-8 months to finally be able to get rid of the nonsense that I had become.
To be honest until I'm still working on how I'm going to improve myself.
I'm praying of being the person that I am to be able to let go of the past failures I have put upon me.
From failures you learn.
From failures you learn to become a better version of yourself.
From failures you grow.
You grow because you learned that life is not meant to be perfect, but meant to be.
I am forever grateful to those that taught me, left me, stayed with me and continues to support me fight my insecurities and remember that there is a good in me.
